On the basis of the provisions in the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is publishing the following notification:

Ljubljana, 28 January – After a successful business merger of Telekom Slovenije companies in Macedonia, and after the necessary rebranding of the new, merged company, Olivier Poncin, the Chief Executive Director of ONE – the second biggest Macedonian mobile operator, is completing his work with the company. Telekom Slovenije aims for further collaboration and will begin talks on new projects shortly.

On 1 February, the management of ONE will be handled directly by the Board of Directors, headed by Dušan Mitič, Vice President of the Telekom Slovenije Management Board. This will only be a transitional period as the Board of Directors wants to appoint the new Executive Director no later than in March.

During the consolidation period, the team of the merged ONE designed a clear strategy for company development and set ambitious, but realistic goals. In the following years, ONE has the chance of becoming a leading provider on the Macedonian market and one of the key growth generators in the Telekom Slovenia Group.
