On the basis of the provisions in the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is publishing the following notification:

From the beginning of next year, IPKO Telecommunications Company is lead by new Executive Director Branko Babič, successor to founder and current director of the company Akan Ismaili.

Branko Babič is an experienced professional in business management, who has worked for more than 12 years in challenging industries and different international companies such as Telekom Slovenia Group, KPMG, TBWA, BBDO Formitas, S&T Hermes Plus, etc. Mr. Babič has a Masters' Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas in the United States of America, where he specialized in Business Strategy, Finance, and Customer Relations Management. His experience and superior education will create a distinguished advantage for IPKO Telecommunications Company in Kosovo's telecommunications market.

For the last three years, Mr. Babič has been involved with mergers and acquisitions within the Telecom Slovenia Group, and this engagement has proven to be the key factor in the group's transformation into a telecommunication industry giant throughout Southeastern Europe and the Mediterranean. However, Akan Ismaili will remain at IPKO. In full agreement with IPKO's Board of Directors, Akan Ismaili will be a member of IPKO’s Board of Directors, where he will contribute to the company’s further growth and development.
