On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1), Telekom Slovenije, d.d. publishes the following notification:

On 4 February 2010, the Telekom Slovenia Supervisory Board confirmed the proposal of the Telekom Slovenia management to appoint Klavdij Godnič as the CEO of ONE in Macedonia, as of March 1 2010. Mr. Godnič is currently the CEO of Telekom Slovenia's subsidiary Mobitel. New CEO of Mobitel will be appointed by the end of February.

Tomaž Berginc, the president of the Telekom Slovenia Supervisory Board commented on Klavdij Godnič's appointment: "ONE is one of the key companies to ensuring the continued growth of the Telekom Slovenia Group. Due to its size, the Macedonian market has great potential. We are glad that ONE will be headed by a manager with such experience in mobile as well as convergent services. As a member of the management board of the Kosovo operator Ipko, and one of the people who made significant contribution to the due diligence of Cosmofon upon its acquisition, Mr. Godnič is well-acquainted with the region and enterprise of SE Europe. We are certain that under his guidance the company will be more successful on the market and even more consistent in setting trends for the development of telecommunication solutions in the country. The company name represents our vision and also our pledge to our users."

As regards the revision of business agreements upon the acquisition of Cosmofon, the supervisory board already issued a decision on the matter at its October 2009 meeting. The supervisory board has no reason to doubt that the procedures were properly followed or that the acquisition was viable, but the board assesses that it still needs to learn more about the project, since it is a very comprehensive and demanding process. The exact starting date of the revision process has not been set yet, but it is forecasted to begin in March. In any case, the Supervisory Board will notify the public as soon as the process is concluded.
