In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the Nova KBM Management Board hereby gives the following notice of change in the total number of Nova KBM shares with voting rights:

1. On the basis of the Bank of Slovenia Decision on Extraordinary Measures, dated 18 December 2013, all qualified liabilities of Nova KBM, including the liabilities arising from its share capital, i.e. all of the KBMR shares with the ISIN Code SI0021104052, ceased to have effect as of 18 December 2013. The relevant entries were made into the court register on the same day, and the said shares were deleted from the central register of book-entry securities kept by the Central Securities Clearing Corporation of Ljubljana (KDD).

 2. On 18 December 2013, simultaneously with the cessation, i.e. reduction to zero, of Nova KBM share capital, Nova KBM issued 10,000,000 new, ordinary, registered no-par value shares with voting rights, thereby increasing its share capital to €150,000,000, in accordance with the Bank of Slovenia Decision on Extraordinary Measures and the Bank of Slovenia Decision on the Share Capital Increase, both dated 18 December 2013. The relevant entries were made into the court register on the same day, and new shares were entered into the central register of book-entry securities kept by the Central Securities Clearing Corporation of Ljubljana (KDD) under the ticker symbol KBMS, ISIN Code: SI0021116494.

Therefore, with effect from 18 December 2013, the total number of shares with voting rights (i.e. the total number of voting rights) into which Nova KBM share capital is divided equals 10,000,000.

This notice will be available on Nova KBM´s website (www.nkbm.si) at least five years from the date of its issue.
