Koper, 17 April 2014. The Supervisory Board of Intereuropa d.d. adopted in its session held on 17^th April 2014 the Audited Annual Report 2013 for the Intereuropa Group, the Auditor's Report by the appointed external certified auditor, and the Report prepared by the Supervisory Board for the year 2013, following a due discussion of all reports. 

In today's session, the Supervisory Board reappointed the president of the Managing Board of Intereuropa d.d., Ernest Gortan, MSc, for a five-year term of office commencing with 11 June 2014. The appointment was adopted unanimously.
