Telekom Slovenije, d.d. publishes the company Corporate Governenance Statement in relation to compliance with the Corporate Governance Code for Companies with State Capital Investments of the Republic of Slovenia, individual Recommendations of the Manager of Indirect and Direct State Capital Investments of the Republic of Slovenia, and with the corporate Governance Code.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website at www.telekom.si for a period of at least 5 years.
