Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the legislation in force, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana herewith informs the public that they have received a notification by Perspektiva, d.d. − entity related with a member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. − regarding transactions with the shares of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. In July 2014 Perspektiva, d.d. purchased on its own behalf and for its own account 200 lots of TLSG shares at a share price of EUR 135, and sold the purchased shares at an average share price of EUR 138.65. The transactions were executed during the ordinary session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The member of the Management Board of Perspektiva, d.d. is also a member of the Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board.
