Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the Resolutions of the 20th regular Shareholders Assembly, which was held today, on August 29, 2014, at the company’s headquarters.

Representation of five major shareholders:

The share of voting rights held by five shareholders with the largest shareholdings amounted to a combined figure of 69.138 percent, relative to the total of voting shares. The following five major shareholders were represented at the Assembly:

• Agrokor, d.d.: number of shares and votes 2,000,278, share relative to all voting shares 53.725%;
• Societe Generale - Splitska Banka, d.d.: number of shares and votes 350,725, share relative to all voting shares 9.420%;
• Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, d.d.: number of shares and votes 194,682, share relative to all voting shares 5.229%;
• The Bank of New York Mellon: number of shares and votes 17,241, share relative to all voting shares 0.463%;
• Teacher Retirement System of Texas: number of shares and votes 11,200, share relative to all voting shares 0.301%. 

As at the day of the assembly, the company held 42,192 treasury shares which are non-voting shares.
