In accordance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 124 of the Financial Markets Instrument Act  (ZTFI), ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d. d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

On 16 September 2014, Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. was informed by PBZ Croatia osiguranje dioničko društvo za upravljanje obaveznim mirovinskim fondom, Radnička cesta 44, Zagreb, Croatia, that on 10 September 2014 the latter in its name and on behalf of PBZ Croatia Osiguranje obavezni mirovinski fond (PBZCO OMF) – kategorija B acquired 12.791 shares with the ticker symbol ZVTG.

Prior to that transaction the said shareholder held 1,131,667 ZVTG shares, which accounted for 4,9776 % of all voting rights. After the transaction the said shareholder holds 1,144,458  ZVTG shares in total and 5,0339% of all voting rights.

Dubravko Štimac is a member of the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. and the president of the Management Board of PBZ Croatia osiguranje dioničko društvo za upravljanje obaveznim mirovinskim fondom.
