Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d., publishes the following notification:

As a part of the Telekom Slovenije Group’s consolidation in the Macedonian market, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. transferred its 100% share of DIGI PLUS MULTIMEDIA DOOEL Skopje to the subsidiary ONE DOOEL Skopje. The agreement on the sale and share transfer was signed on 9 January 2015, and the transfer was entered into the court register in Skopje on 21 January 2015.

This notification will be also available on the company website (www.telekom.si) for a minimum period of 5 years.
