Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., hereby informs, that following the fulfilment of regulative and other conditions arising from the agreement on sale of 97.31% stake in Avrigo, d.o.o., Nova Gorica, to the buyer Adventura prevozi d.d., completed the sale of the above-mentioned company on 5 February 2016.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 5 February 2016 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
