In accordance with the applicable legislation and good business practice, Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d. hereby gives the following notice:

On 17 February 2016, following the prior consent of the Nova KBM Supervisory Board, Nova KBM, as the seller and Andrej Jovanović and Bojan Milovanović, as the buyers, signed the agreement concerning the sale of 546.683 shares in KBM Banka, representing 89.53% of all outstanding shares of KBM Banka.
 
The closing will follow in the period that is customary in similar transactions.

This notice will be published on the website of Nova KBM from 18 February 2016, for a period of at least five years.
