Pursuant to provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. herewith publishes the following notification:

On 26 April 2016, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana received a lawsuit from Združenje SAZAS, Špruha 19, 1236 Trzin, for the payment of 331,112.23 EUR with appertaining costs. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims the payment of compensation for collectively managed copyrights and related rights (copyright small claims) in the retransmission of radio programmes in the Republic of Slovenia for the period from January 2011 to June 2012 and from December 2012 to December 2015. Telekom Slovenije, d.d. will demonstrate during the proceedings that the plaintiff's claim is unfounded.
