Pursuant to provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. herewith publishes the following notification:

On 24 June 2016 the company Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, received a decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia, issued on 1 June 2016 in the commercial dispute of the claimant, i.e. Odvetniška družba Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partnerji, o.p. d.o.o., against the defendant, the company Telekom Slovenije, d.d., due to the payment of EUR 5,090,999.47 plus interests and costs (the subject of the appeal on a point of law was the payment of EUR 4,532,542.84 plus interests and costs).

With the relevant decision the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia upheld the claimant’s appeal on a point of law, and annulled the judgement of the second instance court in sections I, III and IV of its operative part, while remitting the case for re-examination to the court of second instance. The Supreme Court decided to reserve the question of the costs of the proceedings related to the appeal on a point of law for the new judgement. 

This notification will be accessible on the website of the company www.telekom.si, i.e. for a minimum period of 5 years.
