Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, herewith notifies the public that it has signed an agreement on settling mutual relations with Telemach d.o.o. By signing this Agreement, the companies settled their open issues between one another, so that the companies do not have any obligations towards one another related to the disputed mutual relations. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., shall not reveal any details of the signed agreement.

This announcement will be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d. d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
