In accordance with Clause 6.6 of the Prospectus published on the website of the Irish Stock Exchange (www.ise.ie), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana repurchased on the open market part of the PETGSV3 1/4 06/19 (ISIN: XS1028951777) Note Issue, in the aggregate nominal amount of  EUR 9,000,000.00.

The early repurchased PETGSV3 1/4 06/19 (ISIN: XS1028951777) Notes were cancelled on 14th September, 2017, pursuant to Clause 6.7 of the Prospectus. Following the partial cancellation, the aggregate nominal value of the PETGSV3 1/4 06/19 (ISIN: XS1028951777) Notes amounts to EUR 230,000,000.00.
