The company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., has today, Monday December 4th 2017 repaid 12-month commercial papers issued on December 5th 2016 in the nominal value EUR 20,000,000 carrying 1.40% interest rate p.a.

The purpose of issuing commercial papers was managing liquidity, financing working capital and diversification of financial sources.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercatorgroup.si as of December 4, 2017, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
