Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza, d.d.), and the relevant legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement:

Management board of Gorenje, d.d., has been on 11 May 2018 informed by the agent acting for the HISENSE Luxemburg Home Applinace Holdings S.ar.l., Luxemburg (henceforth: »Offeror«) of the takeover intention for the purchase of shares of Gorenje, d.d.

Offeror's takeover intention states that it intends to publish the takeover bid for the purchase of all shares of Gorenje Gospodinjski aparati, d.d., pursuant to the relevant law.

The takeover intention was published in the DELO newspaper on 11 May 2018.
