Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and valid legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:

Intereuropa, d. d. hereby informs the general public that it received notification on 17 May 2019 from the Law Office of Kavčič, Bračun and Partners, as the legal representative of Pošta Slovenije, d. o. o., regarding a change in significant holdings, specifically with regard to a 72.13% interest in voting rights. That notification read, in part, as follows:

Moreover, we respectfully clarify that Pošta Slovenije did, in fact, conclude the aforementioned SPA, but has not yet received the shares that are the subject of the SPA on its trading account. The SPA sets out several suspensive conditions for the completion of the agreement and the transfer of shares, but those conditions have not yet been fulfilled. Furthermore, Pošta Slovenije has no rights arising from the shares in question nor has it or may it exercise those rights until the receipt of the relevant decision from the Competition Protection Agency and other competition protection authorities.

Given the above facts, we are of the opinion that the moment of disposal and acquisition of the shares in question, in terms of the ZTFI-1, has not yet arisen. As a result, we are also of the opinion that the reporting obligation in connection with the exceeding of the relevant significant holding (50%) has also not arisen.

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of publication.
