Notification on major holding of voting rights

Pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Takeover Act (Official Journal RS No. 79/2006; Zpre-1), the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., was notified on September 14th 2007 by the company Istrabenz, d.d., Koper, that on September 14th 2007, the latter company disposed of 236,915 shares of the issuer Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Dunajska cesta 107, Ljubljana, with the code MELR. The number of shares disposed of represents 6.29 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares.

Before this transaction, the company Istrabenz, d.d., Koper, owned 685,712 ordinary registered shares of the issuer (or 18.21 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares); after the transaction, the said company holds 448,797 shares or 11.92 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares.
