Notification on major holding of voting rights

Pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Takeover Act (Official Journal RS No. 79/2006; Zpre-1), the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., was notified on September 11th 2007 by the company Infond Holding, finančna družba d.d., Maribor, that on September 11th 2007, the latter company acquired 236,000 shares of the issuer Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Dunajska cesta 107, Ljubljana, with the code MELR. The number of shares acquired represents 6.27 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares. Before this transaction, the company Infond Holding, finančna družba d.d., Maribor, owned 468,386 ordinary registered shares of the issuer (or 12.44 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares); after the transaction, the said company holds 704,386 shares or 18.71 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares.


On September 14th 2007, the company Infond Holding, finančna družba d.d., Maribor, also acquired 236,915 shares of the issuer, with the code MELR, which represents represents 6.29 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares. Before this transaction, the company Infond Holding, finančna družba d.d., Maribor, owned 704,386 ordinary registered shares of the issuer (or 18.71 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares); after the transaction, the said company holds 941,301 shares or 24.99896 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares.
