The Supervisory Board of the company has on its regular session on 6th November 2009 appointed Mr. Marko Rems as a third member of the management board. Mr. Rems, who is currently member of the management board of Adriatic Slovenica insurance company, will take over the field of finance. The procurator will carry on his duties, until Rems's official start.

We inform you also about the new issue of the »Notice« IR e-magazine. Some highlights of the November issue: In the first nine months the company generated 12 percent less operating revenues over the same period last year. Operating expenses decreased by 3 percent, exceeding the half-year business result by 4 percent. Net profit for the period amounted to 5m €. In line with the financial calendar, we will publish all of the information on the business results attained in the period January through September 2009 by the end of November at the latest.
