Today, the Managing Board of Intereuropa d.d. filed the expected action for compensation versus the former Managing Board of Intereuropa d.d., in accordance with the respective Resolution adopted by the General Meeting on 10 September 2009 regarding the preparation and filing of legal action for compensation of damages.

The legal action versus Andrej Lovšin, Zvezdan Markežič and Ondina Jonke, amount in dispute EUR 37.5 million, is based on the Final Report of 30 June 2009 and Summary of findings of the Special Audit of corporate governance and specific operations of the Company over the last five years, which were prepared pursuant to the Resolution adopted by the General Meeting by the certified auditors of KPMG Slovenija, podjetje za revidiranje d.o.o., on 10 April 2009. The core part of the law-suit relates to disputable investments of the Company in Russia and the Ukraine.
