In the central registry of Krka shareholders, provided by KDD - Central Securities Clearing Corporation, there were the following numbers of shares and voting rights on 30 November 2010:

a. Total number of issued shares 35,426,120
b. Total number of own shares 1,627,998 or 4.595% of issued shares
c. Total number of shares with voting rights 33,798,122.


Krka is acquiring own shares on the regulated market only, i.e. on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. From 26 November 2010 up to and including 2 December 2010 Krka acquired 5,561 own shares in the total value of EUR 349,892. Certius bph d. o. o. and Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d. o. o. were the brokers in these transactions.
