Krka, d. d., Novo mesto is informing the public that it has received the decision of the Regional Court in Hamburg. The Regional Court in Hamburg had rejected the motion requested by AstraZeneca AB, Sweden for issuing a temporary injunction that would prohibit Krka, d. d., Novo mesto and its subsidiary TAD Pharma GmbH from importing and selling the medicine containing esomeprazole active ingredient in Germany.

This decision has not been final yet. Krka is expecting that the decision will be appealed.
