In the central registry of Krka shareholders, provided by KDD - Central Securities Clearing Corporation, there were the following numbers of shares and voting rights on 31 December 2010:

a. Total number of issued shares 35,426,120
b. Total number of own shares 1,662,281 or 4.692% of issued shares
c. Total number of shares with voting rights 33,763,839.


From 24 December 2010 up to and including 31 December 2010 Krka did not acquire own shares.
