With a reference to the own shares acquisition announcement from 25 November 2010, Krka is informing the public that from 11 February 2011 up to and including 17 February 2011 Krka acquired 10,733 own shares in the total value of EUR 682,709 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Certius bph d. o. o. and NLB d. d. were the brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,700,696 representing 4.801% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,711,429 representing 4.831% of all shares issued.
