Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereinafter Krka) is informing the public that Novartis AG, Switzerland has abandoned the claim filed at the District Court in Warsaw against Krka’s subsidiary Krka-Polska, Sp. z o. o., Warsaw for alleged infringement of the patent PL 188 271, which protects solid pharmaceutical forms containing valsartan and excipients.

The litigation is finally closed.
