Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) announces to the interested public that it received the decision of the District Court in Ljubljana in the litigation filed by plaintiff Eli Lilly Company Limited, Hampshire, Great Britain (hereinafter as Eli Lilly) against defendant Krka, for alleged infringement of Eli Lilly patent protecting processes for production of pharmaceutical form containing olanzapine as active ingredient i.e. formulation of this medicine in Slovenia. The litigation commenced in March 2008.

District Court in Ljubljana found the Eli Lilly`s suit as unfounded since the patent claim, that Krka had allegedly infringed, has been finally revoked.

The judgement is not final yet, Eli Lilly can appeal against the judgement of the first instance.

Krka published the announcement considering the litigation on 4 February 2008, 12 March 2008 and 28 October 2008.
