Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) announces that the share of own shares exceeded 5% of total issued shares with voting rights due to the acquisition of own shares.

On 15 April 2011 Krka acquired 5,192 of own shares (KRKG) trough 49 trades on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The total number of own shares prior to these trades was 1,769,326, representing 4.994% of all shares issued. The total number of own shares after these trades is 1,774,518, representing 5.009% of all shares issued. The weighted average share price of all trades was EUR 59.91. The maximum share price in these trades was EUR 59.98. The minimum share price in these trades was EUR 59.62. The total value of all trades was EUR 311,078.
