With a reference to the own shares acquisition announcement from 25 November 2010, Krka is informing the public that from 15 April 2011 up to and including 22 April 2011 Krka acquired 13,756 own shares in the total value of EUR 816,277 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Certius bph d.o.o., NLB d.d. and Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.o.o. were the brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,769,326, representing 4.994% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,783,082, representing 5.033% of all shares issued.
