With a reference to the own shares acquisition announcement from 25 November 2010, Krka is informing the public that from 17 June 2011 up to and including 23 June 2011 Krka acquired 16,586 own shares in the total value of EUR 996,104 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,837,776, representing 5.188% of all shares issued.
