We inform the interested public that yesterday's negotiations between the management of Luka Koper and Trade union of crane operators were not successful and therefore the union began the strike this morning at 6AM.

The management of Luka Koper made everything in their competence to prevent the strike. On the basis of legal opinions the management beleives the strike request are illegal and there are no reasons for strike. The management shall do everything necessary to protect the interests of the company.
