With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 19 August 2011 up to and including 25 August 2011 Krka acquired 12,388 own shares in the total value of EUR 694,576 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d. d., NLB d. d. and Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transaction was 1,877,905, representing 5.301% of all shares issued.
