With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 30 September 2011 up to and including 6 October 2011 Krka acquired 10,639 own shares in the total value of EUR 545,668 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,941,809, representing 5.481% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,952,448, representing 5.511% of all shares issued.
