With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 7 October 2011 up to and including 13 October 2011 Krka acquired 4,449 own shares in the total value of EUR 233,945 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,952,448, representing 5.511% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,956,897 representing 5.524% of all shares issued.
