With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 18 November 2011 up to and including 24 November 2011 Krka acquired 8,019 own shares in the total value of EUR 405,414 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,970,273, representing 5.562% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,978,292 representing 5.584% of all shares issued.
