With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 2 December 2011 up to and including 8 December 2011 Krka acquired 7,052 own shares in the total value of EUR 351,618 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,987,801, representing 5.611% of all shares issued.
