With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 9 December 2011 up to and including 15 December 2011 Krka acquired 10,024 own shares in the total value of EUR 501,792 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borzno posredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,994,853, representing 5.631% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 2,004,877 representing 5.659% of all shares issued.
