With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 20 January 2012 up to and including 26 January 2012 Krka acquired 4,936 own shares in the total value of EUR 242,976 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these ransactions was 2,033,308, representing 5.740% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 2,038,244 representing 5.754% of all shares issued.
