With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 3 January 2012 up to and including 9 February 2012 Krka acquired 7,564 own shares in the total value of EUR 385,754 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.
