With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 10 February 2012 up to and including 16 February 2012 Krka acquired 9,703 own shares in the total value of EUR 498,574 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 2,050,949, representing 5.789% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 2,060,652 representing 5.817% of all shares issued.
