On 2 April 2012 the Company applied for admission and introduction to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange of all of its existing shares. In connection with the planned secondary listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and pursuant to the relevant Polish regulations, the Company prepared and published on 2 April 2012 the associated Information Memorandum which is available on its web site http://www.krka.biz/en/.

With reference to the notice of 15 July 2011 regarding the acquisition of own shares, the Company announces that it has suspended the acquisition of own shares effective from 30 March 2012 until further notice. As of the date of this announcement, no firm decisions have been made by the Company regarding the potential disposal or other actions in relation to shares that have been acquired.
