Zavarovalnica Triglav hereby announces that Mr Stanislav Vrtunski was on 23 May 2012 served a decision by the Insurance Supervision Agency licensing him to serve as a Management Board member of the public limited company Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., Miklošičeva 19, Ljubljana.

Upon the service of the above stated decision, the resolution of the Supervisory Board, of 15 May 2012, on the appointment of Mr Stanislav Vrtunski as Management Board member with a five-year term of office, entered into force.

This information is released in compliance with Article 386 of the Financial Instruments Market Act. It will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 23 May 2012 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
