With a reference to the public notice from 22 May 2012, Krka is informing the public that from 19 June 2012 up to and including 25 June 2012 Krka acquired 9,150 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 396,913 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,119,738, representing 5.984% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,128,888 representing 6.009% of all shares issued.
