Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

On October 1, 2012 Mercator issued a 6-month commercial papers in total amount of EUR 11.804 million which bears an interest rate of 4.737% p.a. Total issue consists of 11,804 denominations of EUR 1,000.00 and was paid up by 23 investors. Commercial papers will be signed in the central registry of KDD – Central Securities Clearing Corporation and will be freely transferrable. Commercial papers have been issued as part of the public offering procedure, which does not require compliance with the rules regarding the publication of a prospectus and other rules relating to the public offering of securities as laid down in Chapter 2 of the FIMA.

Mercator applied for the admission of the commercial papers to trading on the regulated market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

Commercial papers have been issued for the purpose managing the maturity of the Issuer's assets and liabilities.

All services and activities regarding the organisation and execution of the initial offering of the commercial papers, the issuing of the commercial papers in book-entry form together with their entry into the Central Securities Clearing Corporation's central registry, and the admission of the commercial papers to the regulated market are performed by KD Banka, d.d., on behalf of the Mercator.
