In connection with the published news of the newspaper Finance regarding Mercator Group and its over EUR 100 million of loss in fiscal year 2012, the Management Board of the company Mercator, d.d., hereby informs that today, on January 29, 2013, the Supervisory Board will be informed about the unaudited financial statements for the year 2012. After the meeting of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board will present business results for 2012 at a press conference, presumably held at 17 pm, and publish it on SEOnet.
