Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

The Pre-Negotiation Agreement concluded by all companies within the Mercator Group and 38 bank lenders became effective on February 26, 2013. This agreement is a basis for negotiations on the long term financing structure of the Mercator Group. A final agreement on the long term financing structure is expected to be reached by June 30, 2013. A part of the agreement is postponement of payment of all principal payments of credit obligations towards stated banks falling due up to June 30, 2013 until this date.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of February 27, 2013, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
