Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereinafter as “Krka”) announces to the interested public that in the litigation for alleged infringement of patent relating to the active ingredient montelukast, Krka received the judgement of the Supreme Court of Republic of Slovenia which refused the request for revision filed by Merck Frosst Canada Limited, Purdy's Wharf Tower One, 1959 Upper Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and confirmed the decision of the Appeal Court in Ljubljana dated on 10 May 2012. The litigation in Slovenia is over.
