Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:

At the end of October 2013, the mandate expired to the current member of the Supervisory Board, representing employees, Ms Mateja Širec. Thus, yesterday, on November 4, 2013, the Works Council of the company Mercator, d.d., appointed Mr Veljko Tatić as a new Supervisory Board member representing employees. Mr Tatić has been working for Mercator for several years; before he worked in the company Živila Kranj, which was merged to Mercator.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website at www.mercator.si as of November 5, 2013, and will remain posted for a period of at least five years.
